OrbitNest Apps is published by OrbitNest. This policy explains the limited information processed when you use our apps.

## Information we process

Our apps do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, or camera unless a specific feature clearly requests it.

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Our purchase service provider, RevenueCat, processes purchase history, product identifiers, transaction status, app version, device platform, locale, and an anonymous app user identifier so purchases can be validated and delivered.

Progress, settings, and delivered transaction identifiers are stored locally on your device.

## How information is used

Purchase information is used to display available products and prices, validate and deliver purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, detect purchase errors and refunds, and maintain aggregate sales records. We do not use this information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

## Service providers

• Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases and provides the apps.
• RevenueCat validates in-app purchases and provides purchase reporting.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

## Children

Our apps are suitable for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
