These terms govern your use of OrbitNest Apps and the software we distribute through the App Store and Google Play.

## License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our apps for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to the store terms of the platform you install from.

## Purchases

Some apps offer consumable in-app purchases. Purchased items are delivered to the device on which the purchase was made. Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to disrupt the apps or the services that support them.

## Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitNest is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from their use.

## Changes

We may update these terms as our apps evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
